Attended the Coffee Morning today. A great atmosphere with a friendly, young team. My dog loves going there.

Excellent service. The staff were wonderful so kind and compassionate with my pooch. The care they gave her up to and at the end of her life was exceptional, they showed her respect and dignity.

We had a wonderful experience with Medivet, and would recommend them to all other pet owners! Passionate staff who treated our cat like their own!

Although my dogs are well cared for when I bring them to the practice, I strongly feel your prices are extortionate. I brought my dog to the practice yesterday afternoon for a consultation and I was charged £51 just for the consultation which lasted no more than 5 mins. When I got home I contacted RASE Vets, Newark Rd, Lincoln which is nearer to me to enquire on consultation charges. They charge only £37 which is a huge difference and they are open 7 days a week 9Am - 10PM where as you are 9AM - 7PM Mon to Fri and closed on weekends. One of my dogs also had to have ALL his teeth removed by yourselves earlier in the year which was definitely needed but when I came for the initial consultation and I was advised of the cost, I asked if it was possible to work out a payment plan as it was very expensive and I needed to get my dog the treatment he needed. I was told by the Vet saw that this wasn’t an option but if I was struggling to find the finances then she suggested starting a Go Fund Me page on Facebook. I found this very insulting and patronising…….. It came across that the money was more important than the welfare of my dog…. As my dog needed the treatment urgently, I had no choice but to take out a credit card to pay for this. In short, I would NEVER recommend your practice and I will be moving both my dogs to RASE vets…

I am really grateful to the vet and staff at Washingborough for taking great care of my Rottweiler Teddy. He was diagnosed with cancer, but as it was detected early, surgery went ahead and he only lost a toe. Unfortunately old age is beginning to set in, he is 10 now, but they haven't given up on him trying different medication/ pain relief for his joints. Teddy is not just my pet. He is my comforter when he knows I'm sad. A massive thank you to Emily, Andrew and all the staff at Washingborough for their friendship and advice at every visit, and there has been a lot, but most of all giving Teddy a decent quality of life.

Been using this vet’s for just over a year now, find it easy to book in for regular checkups and vaccinations. It is also easy to order and collect worm etc and flea treatments. Receptionists are always friendly and helpful either in the vets office or on the phone. When seeing the vet or nurse they are friendly and answer any questions I have. My little chap is always happy to go in and doesn’t mind the fussy’s he receives.

an amazing experience! the receptionist were so lovely and when seen by the veterinarian my puppy stayed calm and happy the entire time, everyone made sure we knew the information and was happy with what we was being told. the receptionist found a lot of time for us and sat and explained everything to me! those two girls were the highlight! thank you all!!!
